Lemon, Kiwi, Spinach... this smoothie is a must-try.
2 handfuls spinach
20 parsley leaves with stalks
1 kiwi, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 tsp raw honey
300ml coconut water
Blend all ingredients together
Serve and drink immediately
Can use filtered water instead of coconut water - the latter does introduce a nice hit of electrolytes
