Smoothies

This is the smoothiest of smoothies, ready in just five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • Juice of 1 fresh lime

  • 1/2 cucumber chopped into chunks

  • 20g cashews

  • 300ml nut milk, chose your favourite

Method

  • Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy - this will be a lovely, creamy smoothie!
