Potassium Booster

Smoothies

Build your potassium with this beauty of a smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled and chopped

  • 1 tbsp of almond or cashew butter

  • 1 tbsp hemp powder

  • 1 level tbsp cacao 

  • 300ml oat milk

Method

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and whizz together

  • As with our other smoothies, add more filtered water if needed to find your perfect consistency

  • Serve and drink immediately

Tip:

  • Can use frozen bananas. When they are getting a little ripe peel, chop and pop them into a freezer bag or freezer box. Then they are ready to go!
