Build your potassium with this beauty of a smoothie!
Ingredients

1 banana peeled and chopped

1 tbsp of almond or cashew butter

1 tbsp hemp powder

1 level tbsp cacao

300ml oat milk
Method

Add all of your ingredients to a blender and whizz together

As with our other smoothies, add more filtered water if needed to find your perfect consistency

Serve and drink immediately
Tip:

Can use frozen bananas. When they are getting a little ripe peel, chop and pop them into a freezer bag or freezer box. Then they are ready to go!
