
Energising Smoothie

If you need a smoothie packed with energy, this is the one for you!
Ingredients

1 Pear, peel on and roughly chopped up

1 apple, same as above
-
2 handfuls of kale
-
2 handfuls of spinach
-
1 lime, peeled and added whole
-
Juice of 2 fresh oranges
-
Thumb size piece of ginger, grated
-
200-300ml filtered water
Method
-
Blend all ingredients with 200ml water
-
Add more filtered water if needed, blend again
-
Serve and drink immediately!
Tip:

Can use a good quality organic fresh orange jui
