Energising Smoothie

Smoothies

If you need a smoothie packed with energy, this is the one for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pear, peel on and roughly chopped up

  • 1 apple, same as above

  • 2 handfuls of kale

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 lime, peeled and added whole

  • Juice of 2 fresh oranges

  • Thumb size piece of ginger, grated

  • 200-300ml filtered water

Method

  • Blend all ingredients with 200ml water

  • Add more filtered water if needed, blend again

  • Serve and drink immediately! 

Tip:

  • Can use a good quality organic fresh orange jui

This smoothie will be ready to drink in 10 minutes.
