Antioxidant and Fibre Smoothie

Smoothies

This smoothie is full of berries and will leave you feeling fantastic.

Ingredients

  • 50g Blackberries

  • 50g Blueberries

  • 50g Raspberries

  • 80ml Acai or pomegranate juice

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 100ml of filtered water

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz

  • Add more filtered water if needed

  • Serve and drink immediately

Tip:

  • Can use frozen fruit off-season

  • Exchange raspberries for strawberries

This smoothie will take approximately 5-10 minutes to make.
