Anti-inflammatory Healer

Smoothies

This smoothie is a brilliant anti-inflammatory, loaded with goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and deseeded

  • 1 tsp fresh, grated ginger

  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric

  • 1/2 banana

  • 300ml milk - nut, oat, rice, hemp…

Method

  • Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

 

Tip:

  • Can use fresh or frozen banana
