This smoothie is a brilliant anti-inflammatory, loaded with goodness.
Ingredients

1 mango, peeled and deseeded

1 tsp fresh, grated ginger

1/2 tsp Tumeric

1/2 banana

300ml milk - nut, oat, rice, hemp…
Method

Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender
