Heather has kindly shared her tips on how to live life and thrive all the time.
1. More water! Most of us don't drink enough of this health elixir. Being dehydrated makes you tired, gives you headaches, causes sugar cravings, and slows down your body in general. Add lemon juice to increase absorption, aid digestion, boost immunity and detox. 2. Eat your greens. Green veggies give you plenty of vital nutrients. They boost your energy levels naturally and also help reduce stress and detoxify the liver. 3. Chia seeds in everything! I put them in smoothies, porridge, pudding, and cakes. They are high in calcium, protein, and omega 3s for hormone balancing. 4. Get out in nature. Most of us don't take the time to enjoy the outdoors, especially nature. You get the all-important vitamin D from the sun. Going for a hike or a walk on the beach helps you decompress from your hectic week. 5. Keep all your electronic devices out of the bedroom. Computer/cell phone screens wake you up when you should be resting. Social media and the news usually aren't relaxing either. So, keep them in another room or at least far away from your bed. Your bed should be for sleep and sexy time.
