Summer Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
3 frozen bananas
A handful of frozen berries
A cup of organic Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of wild blueberry powder (optional but good for antioxidants and colour)
300ml of oat milk
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
For toppings:
Fresh strawberries
Coconut flakes
Granola
Method Blend all the ingredients together until it’s like a soft ice cream, place in a bowl and dress on top with some fresh berries, coconut and granola.
