Michele is a Nutrition Coach (Love’s Kitchen with Michele), passionate about real food and fresh ingredients,  believing that what we eat directly affects how we feel.

Michele offers an 8 week REAL FOOD RESET program, which gives your body a break from common foods that trigger many of our modern health concerns.  This is a whole-foods plant-based 8 week plan for everyone, no matter what food intolerances you may be suffering from.  Complete with group coaching, recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, gut health workshop, meal prep solutions, cook-alongs, cookery support  and everything you need to keep you on track!

The ultimate goal is to support you in making positive lifestyle changes that last beyond the program, giving you the knowledge and skills for a healthier you, for life!   

Michele also works one to one with private clients, where you can learn to nourish your body with tasty, fresh food that is quick, delicious and tailored uniquely to suit you and your lifestyle, plant-based & gut health cookery tuition is a speciality.
