Yoga and Pilates
Emma has practised yoga for the last 15 years and teaches classes in open group sessions, 1-1, in workshops and also family classes. Emma has experience teaching clients with a variety of health concerns and limitations. This has included people with Osteoporosis, sciatica and limited joint movement. Her clients have seen results with a complete transformation in their mind and body in a short space of time.
The Yoga sessions provide her clients with more energy, mobility and sense of wellbeing. The practise of Yoga postures (Asanas) and (Pranayama) focus on breath, brings people back to themselves by grounding them.
Emma’s sessions help to quieten the mind and build strength within muscles & joints in order to give support and strength as we age. Having the opportunity to share this through teaching and reaching out to a wider group of people is a huge responsibility and Emma finds this extremely rewarding; Being a part of someone else having a lighter and brighter step is very gratifying.
