Mindful Magic for Children
Emma runs Mindful Magic for Children. She is an experienced primary school teacher and knows the importance of emotional well-being especially with children.
Mindful Magic provides sessions for children to be in FLOW during their everyday lives, for them to learn a range of tools to help uncover their innate characteristics (contentment, resilience, gratitude, joy). Emma teaches children how to breathe correctly, how to focus on their movement and how to best help them appreciate and learn how to meditate.
