They will be taking you on a journey through anxiety in the past, present and future and providing you with practical tools for immediate relief. They’ll be sharing their expert advise based on their experiences as a lifestyle doctor, integrative health coach and mind body therapist, exploring many modalities to help with anxiety. You will be able to ask questions, share stories and join in the conversation.

Dr Alka Patel is a Doctor, Coach, Speaker and Author who is passionate about empowering and equipping individuals to make lifestyle changes for happy, healthy, living.
Aga Kehinde is an Integrative Health Coach who specialises in co-creating empowering health and wellbeing strategies that transform behaviours, health, and performance.
After spending 20 years in executive positions in the corporate world, Alison Middleton is now a Mind, Body Transformation and Wellness Coach who uses a variety of tools to assist clients with their anxiety.
